目的研究分析推广产前超声筛查的临床价值。方法选取我院2013年1月~2016年10月进行超声检查的产妇2154例进行回顾性分析,对比产妇分娩以及引产的结果。结果产前超声筛查选出异常胎儿19例,产妇2154例分娩及引产后确认有20例,产前超声的确诊率为95%,。结论在基层医院推广产前超声检查对于诊断胎儿是否异常具有积极作用,能有效提高正常胎儿的分娩率,对于优化人口质量具有重要意义。
Objective To study and analyze the clinical value of prenatal ultrasound screening. Methods A total of 2154 pregnant women who underwent ultrasonography from January 2013 to October 2016 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively to compare the results of maternal labor and labor induction. Results In prenatal ultrasound screening, 19 cases of abnormal fetuses were selected, 2154 cases of maternal labor and 20 cases of induced labor were confirmed, and the diagnosis rate of prenatal ultrasound was 95%. Conclusion The promotion of prenatal ultrasound in primary hospitals has a positive effect on the diagnosis of fetal abnormalities and can effectively improve the delivery rate of normal fetuses, which is of great significance for optimizing population quality.
