教育应面向全体学生让学生,为了让学生在轻松、平等、自由的氛围中学习、理解、掌握知识。初中英语传统的“一刀切”教学形式不仅忽视了学生的个体差异性,甚至严重挫伤了学生的学习积极性和创造性。因此,教师在教学中应实施分层教学,针对不同层次的学生,制定不同层次的教学目标,教学任务,作业设置以及科学客观的评价体系。
Education should be for all students Let students, in order to allow students to learn, understand and master knowledge in a relaxed, equal and free atmosphere. The junior middle school English tradition of “one size fits all” teaching forms not only neglected the individual differences of students, but also seriously dampened students’ learning enthusiasm and creativity. Therefore, teachers in teaching should be implemented in different levels of teaching, for different levels of students, to develop different levels of teaching objectives, teaching tasks, homework and scientific evaluation system.
