荔枝是成熟于盛夏又最不耐贮藏的果品之一,果实含水量食糖量很高,采后的生理、生化变化十分剧烈,极易褐变、腐烂,一般只能存放2~3天。为延长荔枝的销售期限及扩大销售地区,我们从1982年开始对荔枝进行了气调为主的贮藏技术研究,经过多次筛选,采用采后果品处理并充氮低温批量贮藏25天后检查结果,好果率达97.6%,失重率均小于3%,货架寿命达两天以上,达到了国家科委的保鲜标准。
