倾炉机构是炼钢电弧炉的主要机械部件之一;它的运行可靠性和安全为很多人所关心,而且电炉机械设备的动力容量也主要取决于它,因此它是电弧炉机械设计和制造中感到比较困难和复杂的一个部件。同时倾炉运动也和炼钢车间的布置有密切关系。 目前炼钢电弧炉的倾炉机构大多采用圆弧形摇架在平面上滚动的形式;如图一所示。本文将讨论如下内容。 (一)倾炉时炉上另件的位置与倾角的关系。 (二)倾炉力矩。 (三)电炉重心和倾炉中心相对位置的选择。
