目的评价中文遗传关联研究Meta分析文章报告质量。方法按制定策略检索中文数据库收录的遗传关联研究Meta分析文章,时间至2012年12月,2名研究者独立按制定纳入排除标准进行文章筛选,意见不一致时咨询第3位研究者,运用MOOSE规范对文章的报告质量进行评价。结果共纳入440篇文章,0.7%的文章陈述了研究假设,72.7%的文章报告了完整检索策略,15.2%的文章报告了处理只有摘要和未发表文献的方法,47.3%的文章报告了文献筛选方法,32.7%的文章评价了文献质量,8.6%的文章有流程图总结入选文献流程,32.0%的文章公布了研究资助来源。结论中文遗传关联研究Meta分析文章报告质量在报告研究假设、文献检索、只有摘要和未发表文献处理、文献筛选方法、文献质量评价、提供文献筛选流程图和公布资助来源等方面存在一定问题。
Objective To evaluate the quality of the articles published in Meta-analysis of Chinese genetic association studies. Methods According to the strategy of searching the Chinese database for the genetic association study Meta analysis article, the time until December 2012, two researchers independently included in the exclusion criteria for screening articles, disagree with the advice of the third researchers, the use of MOOSE specification Evaluate the quality of the article’s report. Results A total of 440 articles were included, 0.7% of the articles stated research hypotheses, 72.7% of articles reported complete search strategies, 15.2% of articles reported dealing with only summary and unpublished articles, and 47.3% reported literature screening Methods, 32.7% of the articles evaluated the quality of the literature, 8.6% of the articles had a flowchart summarizing the selected literature flow, and 32.0% of the articles published research funding sources. Conclusions The quality of the articles reported in the Chinese studies on meta-analysis has some problems in reporting research hypotheses, literature retrieval, only the abstract and unpublished literatures, the literature screening method, the quality evaluation of the literature, the flow chart of document screening and the publication of the sources of funding.
