The Municipal People’s Government proposed to the Municipal People’s Congress for examination the Shanghai Municipal Accounts for 2000 and the Municipal Finance Bureau Commissioner Liu Hongwei, commissioned by the Municipal People’s Government, conducted a review of the “Report on the Final Accounts of Shanghai Municipality in 2000”.
