体育院系的学生具有其他专业所不具有的鲜明特点,对体育院系学生学习、生活、训练、职业规划等方面进行管理时,给体育院系的辅导员职业素养提出了更高的要求。但是经研究发现当前体育院系辅导员在人文素质方面较为缺失,本研究针对这一现象提出了提高辅导员人文素质的途径,即加强心理辅导能力、加强理论指导和实践能力的探索等。
Students in physical education departments have distinctive characteristics not found in other majors. When managing the students’ study, living, training and career planning in physical education departments, they put higher demands on the vocational accomplishments of counselors in physical education departments. However, it has been found through research that there is a lack of humanistic quality in counselors of physical education departments. In this study, we put forward ways to improve the humanistic quality of counselors based on this phenomenon, that is, strengthening psychological counseling ability and strengthening theoretical guidance and practical ability exploration.
