[目的]调查肿瘤患者在社区康复期间的生活满意度。[方法]采用调查量表与面对面访谈方式调查随机抽取的511例肿瘤患者在社区康复期间的生活满意度。[结果]肿瘤患者生活满意率38.58%,其中男性患者为37.11%、女性患者为39.43%;患者的生活满意指数比较低,平均为11.60分,其中男性为11.37分、女性11.74分。[结论]癌症患者的生活满意率与生活满意指数均较低,需进一步制定和实施肿瘤康复计划,提高患者生活满意度。
[Objective] To investigate the life satisfaction of cancer patients during community rehabilitation. [Methods] We investigated the life satisfaction of 511 randomly selected cancer patients during community rehabilitation using questionnaire and face-to-face interview. [Results] The life satisfaction rate of cancer patients was 38.58%, including 37.11% in male patients and 39.43% in female patients. The life satisfaction index of patients was relatively low with an average of 11.60 points, including 11.37 points for males and 11.74 points for females. [Conclusion] The life satisfaction rate and life satisfaction index of cancer patients are both low, and it is necessary to further develop and implement cancer rehabilitation programs to improve the life satisfaction of patients.
