随着《珠江三角洲地区改革发展规划纲要》的实施,广东省特别是珠三角地区城市地下空间行业得到了迅猛的发展,导致行业对人才较大的需求量与目前高校对城市地下空间工程专业人才培养的缺乏存在突出的供需矛盾。本文通过灰色预测模型窥探城市地下空间行业未来发展前景,还运用经济学虚拟变量回归模型结合逻辑推理,科学合理地预测出广东省未来几年内每年需要该专业人才为900人左右,学生就业前景广阔。同时,本文对城市地下空间工程专业的人才培养模式做了深度研究,并提出相应的见解。
With the implementation of the “Plan for the Reform and Development of the Pearl River Delta Region”, the underground space industry in Guangdong Province, especially in the Pearl River Delta Region, has witnessed rapid development, resulting in a large demand for talents in the industry. At present, the demand for urban underground space engineering professionals The lack of training there is a prominent contradiction between supply and demand. In this paper, we use the gray forecasting model to explore the future development prospects of urban underground space industry. Using the regression model of economic dummy variables and logical reasoning, we can reasonably and reasonably predict that Guangdong Province will need about 900 professionals each year in the next few years and the employment prospects of students will be broad. . At the same time, this paper does a deep research on the personnel training mode of urban underground space engineering and puts forward corresponding opinions.
