我厂金刚镗床台数不少,其中有的是苏联四十年代的产品,有的是我国五十年代仿苏生产的,有的是七十年代从日本进口的。苏联及我国仿苏的设备,体积大、结构陈旧、投术性能落后。随着我国汽车工业的发展,国家对汽车配件质量的要求越来越高,这样产品精度的要求与设备精度及技术指标的矛盾便越来越突出,旧的金刚镗床镗出的活塞销孔几何精度的废品率占整个产品废品率的45—50％,这是关系到我厂是否能为国家提供优质汽车配件的一个大问题。为此,我们对该设备进行了周密的调查、分析与研究,并采取对策,结合大修进行改造。
