对学生违纪现象,有的教师尽管理直气壮,其尖刻的数落,粗暴的训斥却导致学生产生强烈的对立情绪,不能收到良好的教育效果。我们不妨在批评者与受批评者之间加入“幽默”的润滑剂,来避免良言相告反因“忠言逆耳”造成的摩擦,危机。批评中的语言幽默通过双关、讽刺、影射、移就、模拟等手法,在善意的微笑中暴露人们的错讹之处,既不伤害人的自尊心,又能达到教育目的。所以说,益智明理的幽默,折射出的是教师真善美的心灵之光。
