目的:分析研究2型糖尿病患者通过优泌林联合二甲双胍片进行治疗的方法以及治疗效果,为临床提供依据。方法:选取2型糖尿病患者资料60例实施回顾性分析,将60例患者随机分为两组,记录观察组和对照组患者治疗效果、空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖以及糖化血红蛋白水平,将结果进行统计学分析。结果:观察组患者治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖以及糖化血红蛋白水平显著降低,其中观察组患者下降更为明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:针对2型糖尿病患者通过优泌林联合二甲双胍片进行治疗效果显著,能够使患者的空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖以及糖化血红蛋白水平下降,应该在临床中大力推广使用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the method of treating patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus through combination of metoclopramide and metformin, and to provide the basis for clinical treatment. Methods: Sixty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were retrospectively analyzed. Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups. The therapeutic effect, fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) levels in both observation and control groups were recorded. Results Statistical analysis. Results: The treatment efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The fasting blood glucose, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were significantly decreased in the two groups (P <0.05) ),has statistical significane. Conclusion: The treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes through the combination of euphrine and metformin is effective. It can reduce the fasting blood glucose, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin level in patients with type 2 diabetes. Therefore, it should be vigorously promoted in clinic.
