本文基于教学实践,分析了当前中职学校学生政治教育工作中存在的问题,并着重介绍了以人为本,改革教育理念,扩展就业渠道,提升学生自信以及关注师资力量的建设,提高教育队伍的素质等加强中职学校学生政治教育工作的具体措施。希望有关人员加以借鉴和思考,从而探讨出更加行之有效的方案来完善中职学校学生政治教育工作,为社会培育出更多优秀的中职技术人才。
Based on the teaching practice, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the work of political education in secondary vocational schools, and emphatically introduces the people-oriented, reforming the education concept, expanding the employment channels, enhancing the self-confidence of the students, paying attention to the construction of teachers’ Specific Measures to Strengthen Political Education in Secondary Vocational Schools. Hope that the relevant personnel to learn from and thinking, so as to explore more effective programs to improve the political education in secondary vocational schools students, for the community to cultivate more outstanding technical talents.
