文章分析国内外职业核心能力培养的现状,阐述高职院校加强职业核心能力培养的重要性,提出在公共选修课的设置中融入学生职业素质的培养,提高学生的职业核心能力。
This article analyzes the current situation of vocational core competence cultivation at home and abroad, expounds the importance of vocational core competence cultivation in higher vocational colleges, puts forward that the cultivation of professional quality of students should be integrated into the setting of public elective courses and the core competence of students should be improved.
