本文利用省域面板数据模型,研究了国际技术溢出、人力资本对我国出口技术复杂度的影响。结果显示,国际技术溢出渠道中的进口贸易对我国出口技术复杂度的提升产生了显著的溢出效应,而国际技术溢出渠道中的外商直接投资对我国出口技术复杂度未能表现出积极的溢出效应,这印证了我国长期以来推行的“市场换技术”战略并未达到预期目标。人力资本对我国各区域的出口技术复杂度均产生了显著的促进效应。控制变量中的基础设施建设、市场化水平、研发投入均显著地促进了我国出口技术复杂度的提升。
In this paper, we use the provincial panel data model to study the impact of international technology spillover and human capital on the technical complexity of China’s exports. The results show that the import trade in the international technology spillover channel has a significant spillover effect on the technical complexity of China’s exports and the foreign direct investment in the international technology spillover channel has not shown a positive spillover effect on the technical complexity of China’s exports This confirms that our long-standing “market-for-technology” strategy has not achieved the desired goal. Human capital has had a significant promoting effect on the technical complexity of exports in various regions of our country. The control variables in the infrastructure construction, market-oriented, research and development investment have significantly promoted the upgrading of China’s export technical complexity.
