目的:介绍一种可以用于医用远距离治疗机上小照射野旋转放射治疗的限光筒装置。方法:用自行设计制造的限光筒按其设计参数、技术标准按国家有关标准检验后,按临床放疗剂量学要求进行临床测试试用。结果:该限光筒在对小实体肿瘤旋转放射治疗时,对直径小于25毫米(mm)肿瘤靶区治疗精度较高,当肿瘤靶区大于25毫米(mm)时,治疗精度仍高于常规放射治疗机准直器的精度。结论:自制远距离放射治疗机光子限光筒装置可用于临床放射治疗较小的实体肿瘤治疗。
OBJECTIVE: To introduce a light-limiting tube device that can be used in small radiation field rotating radiotherapy of medical long-distance treatment machine. Methods: With its own design and manufacture of light-limiting cylinder according to its design parameters, technical standards according to the relevant national standards, clinical radiotherapy dosimetry requirements for clinical trials. Results: The limit of light tube in the rotation of small solid tumor radiation therapy, the diameter of less than 25 mm (mm) of the tumor target area with high accuracy, when the tumor target area is greater than 25 mm (mm), the treatment accuracy is still higher than conventional Radiotherapy machine collimator accuracy.
