一簡單試焊情况我廠在製造尾水門起門机閘門槽这一个部件時,遇到这种耐磨鑄青銅的焊接。由於事先忽视了青銅在焊接上存在的困难、複雜性与特殊性,逕將該產品投入生產,結果作了有四个多月的試焊工作,才初步取得了碳弧焊接鑄青銅的成效,因此延遲了交貨日期。试焊过程中,曾採用气体(乙炔火焰)、金属極、碳弧的三种試焊方法,利用數种不同化学成份的焊条与焊藥試焊,都未得到無缺陷的焊縫。气焊時,从多次試焊中看出:焊炬火焰不易調整,在單位时間內向焊件供給熱量小,也就是加熱速度慢,
