非政府组织在扶贫中有重要的作用,我国新世纪的扶贫战略极大扩展了非政府组织扶贫的空间。贵州是中国典型的贫困省,扶贫任务艰巨,非政府组织必须要在其中有所作为。在贵州扶贫活动中,全国性非政府组织和海外非政府组织相对来说扶贫能力较强,贵州本土及民间非政府组织公益性强,但部分非政府组织发展能力渐显不足,非政府组织扶贫有一定科研色彩,多方协作扶贫正逐步展开。建议大幅加强扶贫的国际化,增强与国际性非政府组织的合作,为本土非政府组织扶贫创造更多空间。非政府组织需进一步规范化运作,加强与政府沟通和社会宣传,以充分发挥非政府组织在贵州省扶贫中的作用。
Non-governmental organizations play an important role in poverty alleviation. The anti-poverty strategy of our country in the new century has greatly expanded the space for non-governmental organizations to help the poor. Guizhou is a typical poor province in China. The task of alleviating poverty is arduous. Non-governmental organizations must make a difference in them. In the poverty alleviation activities in Guizhou, the national NGOs and overseas NGOs are relatively poor in helping the poor. Local and non-governmental NGOs in Guizhou are non-profit organizations, but some non-government organizations have less capacity to develop. Non-governmental organizations A certain research color, multi-cooperation and poverty alleviation are gradually started. It is suggested that the internationalization of poverty alleviation be substantially enhanced, cooperation with international non-governmental organizations should be enhanced, and more space should be created for local non-governmental organizations to fight poverty. Non-governmental organizations need to further standardize their operations, strengthen their communication with the government and publicize their messages to give full play to the role of non-governmental organizations in poverty alleviation in Guizhou Province.
