“三严三实”要求是共产党人最基本的政治品格和做人准则,也是党员、干部的修身之本、为政之道、成事之要。习近平总书记指出:“媒体竞争关键是人才竞争,媒体优势核心是人才优势。”因此,媒体人深入践行“三严三实”将会对广播事业的改革发展产生重大而深远的影响。西藏广播事业该如何在践行“三严三实”中顺势而为,构筑一支反分裂斗争广播铁军,打造党和政府满意、群众喜爱的广播媒体,不断做大做强广播媒体,推进西藏广播事业科学发展?本文进行了初步探索。
