结合长江上游利用水文站网进行水沙动态监测方案设计的实际,阐述了利用水文站网进行长江流域水土保持水沙动态监测的必要性与可行性,介绍了选择监测站点确定的原则,对方案设计中的难点做了深入探讨,对加强水文系统水土保持监测工作进行了有益的探索。
Based on the actual design of the monitoring program of water and sediment using the hydrological station network in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, the necessity and feasibility of using the hydrological station network to carry out the dynamic monitoring of water and sediment in the Yangtze River Basin are expounded. The principle of selecting monitoring sites is introduced. The difficulties in the design were discussed in depth, and the beneficial exploration was made on strengthening the monitoring of soil and water conservation in hydrological system.
