采用文献资料法和实地调查法对黔东南中小学体育教师校本课程开发能力进行研究,提出了体育教师校本课程开发应具备的技能和能力,对照教师应具备的技能和能力发现黔东南中小学体育教师在校本课程开发能力方面存在的不足,针对性地提出解决问题的策略与途径.
By using the methods of literature review and field survey, this article studies the development ability of school-based PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in southeastern Guizhou Province, and puts forward the skills and abilities that physical education teachers should have in developing school-based curriculum. According to the skills and abilities of teachers, Teachers lack the ability to develop school-based curriculum, and propose strategies and ways to solve the problems.
