采用 5 / 6肾切除方法复制大鼠 CRF动物模型 ,并随机分成滋肾活血解毒方、洛汀新、保肾康、蒸馏水对照及正常对照组 ,采用医学图像分析系统对肾脏组织病理进行分析。结果发现 :喂养 12周后 ,滋肾活血解毒方组大鼠体重明显高于洛汀新、保肾康及蒸馏水对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ;尿中 β2 - Mg、 2 4h蛋白量明显低于这 3组 (P<0 .0 1) ;血中 Cr、BUN水平明显低于保肾康及蒸馏水对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ,与洛汀新组相似 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;肾脏组织光镜及电镜显示滋肾活血解毒方组大鼠残肾肾小球体积、系膜厚度及面积均较保肾康组、蒸馏水对照组及洛汀新组明显减小 (P<0 .0 1,P<0 .0 5 )。研究结果表明 :滋肾活血解毒方有改善全身状况 ,提高生存质量 ,改善肾功能及恢复肾脏组织结构的作用
Rat CRF animal model was replicated by 5 / 6 nephrectomy and randomly divided into Zishen Huoxue Jiedu Fang, Luo Tingxin, Baoshenkang, distilled water control and normal control group. Kidney histopathology was analyzed by medical image analysis system. The results showed that after 12 weeks of feeding, the body weight of Zishen Huoxue Jiedu Decoction group was significantly higher than that of Lotensin, Baoshenkang and distilled water control group (P<0.01); β2-Mg and 24h protein amount in urine. The levels of Cr and BUN in blood were significantly lower than those in Baoshen Kang and distilled water control group (P<0.01), similar to those in Lotensin group (P<0). .0 5) Light and electron microscopy of kidney tissue showed that the glomerular volume, mesangial thickness and area of residual kidney in the group of Zishen Huoxue Jiedu Decoction were significantly reduced compared with Baoshenkang group, distilled water control group, and Luotingxin group. (P<0.01, P<0.05). The results of the study showed that: Zishen Huoxue Jiedu Decoction can improve the general condition, improve the quality of life, improve kidney function and restore the structure of the kidney
