4年来我院使用B超对育龄妇女进行孕情普查,现就2000余人次的检查结果及今后需要注意的问题谈谈看法。一、对象与方法采用SDL—300超声显像仪,探头为3.5兆赫。普查对象为24～45岁,多为1胎,少数为2胎。均在不同年份置入了节育环的育龄妇女。二、结果环在子宫内口以上居正中者1964例,占98.2％;环近子宫口的11例,占0.55％;带环妊娠11例,占0.55％;脱环14例,占0.70％;宫内环合并子宫肌瘤或附件肿物9例,占0.45％。三、讨论目前我国采用的多为不锈钢
