应用粒子图像测速仪(Particle image velocimetry,PIV)研究了具有两级轴向旋流器的航空发动机燃烧室旋流流场特性(包括冷态流场和燃烧流场)。分别研究了不同主燃孔几何大小与空间排布、进口空气温度、一级轴向旋流器旋流角度以及油气比对冷热态流场的影响,分别获得了流场速度大小、脉动速度、雷诺应力以及回流区长度等参数。试验结果表明:燃烧流场的中心回流区长度要比冷态流场中心回流区短;随着进口空气温度和油气比的增加,中心回流区长度减少;同时主燃孔几何参数的变化(主燃孔大小和空间排布)对两级轴向旋流器旋流流场有很大影响。
Particle image velocimetry (PIV) was used to study the characteristics of swirling flow field (including cold flow field and combustion flow field) of aeroengine combustor with two-stage axial swirler. The effects of different sizes and spatial distributions of main combustion holes, inlet air temperature, swirling angle of first-stage axial swirler and the ratio of oil to gas on the flow field of hot and cold flow were studied. The effects of flow velocity, pulsation velocity , Reynolds stress and reflow zone length and other parameters. The experimental results show that the length of the central recirculation zone in the combustion flow field is shorter than that in the cold flow field. The length of the recirculation zone decreases with the increase of the inlet air temperature and the ratio of oil to gas. At the same time, Pore size and spatial arrangement) have a great influence on the swirling flow field of two-stage axial swirler.
