镇赉三中1981建校,现有教学班34个,在校学生2400余人,在职教职工174人,其中具备中高级专业技术职务的教师108人,省级骨干教师和学科带头人11人。荣获全国杰出科研型名校长、吉林省首批科研型名校长、吉林省劳动模范、吉林省优秀教师等荣誉称号的张文有校长坚持“以学生发展为本”的办学理念,积极倡导德育为首、教学为本、教研为先、考评激励的管理思想,树立科学发展观,先后启动了德育系列工程、教育科研工程、特色学校工程,教育教学质量稳步提高,教育科研成果显著,实现了跨越式发展,学校晋升为省级重点高中。
