目的研究珠海地区副溶血性弧菌血清型、毒力基因以及分子分型的病原学特征,分析流行株的分布情况。方法对珠海市2009年-2014年共81株副溶血性弧菌进行血清型鉴定及基因型耐热溶血素(tdh)、耐热直接相关溶血素(trh)和不耐热溶血素(tlh)检测,并从中选取60株进行多位点序列分析(MLST)。结果共分出35种血清型,其中优势型别为O3∶K6,占整个血清型的20.99%。所有菌株均含有tlh基因,含有tdh基因的有31株菌株,含有trh基因只有2株菌株为阳性。根据Pub MLST网络数据库提供的方法进行比对分析,60株副溶血性弧菌共分为33种ST型别。结论珠海市引起食物中毒的副溶血性弧菌主要为O3∶K6。tlh基因可以作为鉴别副溶血性弧菌的鉴定基因,多数食物中毒事件菌株中携带tdh基因。MLST的优势型别为ST3,为副溶血性弧菌其他型别共同祖先。而食品株血清型和MLST分型均呈多样化、分散趋势。
Objective To study the etiologic characteristics of serotypes, virulence genes and molecular typing of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Zhuhai and to analyze the distribution of epidemic strains. Methods The serotypes of 81 Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Zhuhai from 2009 to 2014 were genotyped and genotypes of tdh, trh and tlh, Sixty isolates were selected for multilocus sequence analysis (MLST). The results were divided into 35 serotypes, of which the dominant type of O3: K6, accounting for 20.99% of the entire serotype. All strains contained the tlh gene, 31 strains containing the tdh gene, and only 2 strains containing the trh gene were positive. According to the methods provided by the Pub MLST network database, 60 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were divided into 33 ST types. Conclusion The main cause of food poisoning in Zhuhai Vibrio parahaemolyticus O3: K6. tlh gene can be used to identify Vibrio parahaemolyticus identification of genes, most of the food poisoning events carrying tdh gene. The dominant type of MLST is ST3, a common ancestor of other Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains. The strains of food strains and MLST were diversified, decentralized trend.
