将制革工业中的废弃皮革经过非织造工艺制成废鞣革胶原水刺布,通过戊二醛交联将单宁固化到废鞣革胶原水刺布上。首先研究单宁固化废鞣革胶原水刺布的形态结构及强伸性变化,然后分别研究Pb2+的初始浓度、溶液温度、溶液pH值对Pb2+吸附量的影响。结果表明:随着Pb2+的初始浓度、溶液温度、溶液pH值的增大,Pb2+的吸附量逐渐增大,最大为25.95 mg/g。最后利用0.1 mol/L稀HCl溶液对吸附材料进行解吸附试验,并讨论单宁固化废鞣革胶原水刺布吸附材料的解吸附性能及再生性。
The leather industry in the waste leather after the non-woven process made waste tanning leather collagen spunlace, through glutaraldehyde crosslinking tannin to waste tanning leather collagen hydrogel cloth. Firstly, the morphological structure and the extensional change of the tannin clotted tannin were studied. Then the effects of Pb2 + initial concentration, solution temperature and solution pH on Pb2 + adsorption were studied. The results showed that with the initial concentration of Pb2 +, temperature of the solution and pH value of the solution increasing, the adsorption capacity of Pb2 + gradually increased to 25.95 mg / g. Finally, the desorption experiments of the adsorbent with 0.1 mol / L dilute HCl solution were carried out. The desorption performance and regeneration of the hydrated adsorbent were also discussed.
