随着改革开放的不断推进,中国经济社会发展开始全面进入加速转型期。社会竞争日益激烈,大学生的学习、就业压力不断加大,成才意识不断增强。青年周恩来在早期的革命实践中崭露头角,较早表现出少有的卓越才能。周恩来是青年成才的实践者和成功者。当前我们对青年周恩来的成长之路进行回顾和研究,对于新世纪的大学生认清自己的历史使命,明确成才的目标,确立为国家、为民族奋斗的志向,仍有着重要的现实意义和理论价值。
