Objective Strabismus surgery into the field of minimally invasive surgery has many advantages, can replace conventional strabismus surgery under the naked eye. Methods: One hundred and two patients with strabismus underwent surgery in our hospital. There were 578 males and 424 females, aged from 2 to 66 years. There were 802 cases of common strabismus, 106 cases of paralytic strabismus, 42 cases of AV signs and 26 cases of vertical deviations For example, 22 cases of congenital nystagmus, reverse strabismus in 4 cases, all cases of surgery were completed under the microscope. Patients under the age of 10 under general anesthesia surgery, patients over the age of 10 in the table under anesthesia surgery. Results: The intraoperative visual field was clear and the operation was accurate. For the complicated strabismus surgery, the pre-ciliary vessels were isolated and preserved. There were more than two rectus muscles in one eye and no ischemia in the anterior segment. The local reactions were mild after all the operations Very few complications. CONCLUSIONS: Strabismus microsurgery has many advantages compared with conventional under-the-eyes strabismus surgery in terms of reducing the surgical trauma and improving the accuracy of the operation and reducing the incidence of surgical complications.
