孕产妇妊娠期间并发子宫肌瘤与卵巢肿瘤,若诊断与处理不及时或不恰当,那么后果将不堪设想。妊娠合并子宫肌瘤与卵巢肿瘤皆为临床常见妊娠期并发症,发病率大约为1~2%。子宫肌瘤与卵巢肿瘤在妊娠期并发,其危害程度远远比非孕期发生更甚,比如说极易引发患者的肿瘤破裂、瘤蒂扭转、早产、流产及难产等,严重情况下会对母婴安全造成威胁。为此,做好妊娠合并子宫肌瘤和卵巢肿瘤的早期诊断与治疗就显得尤其重要。随着相关研究越来越多与深入,在该方面的文献与案例增多,关于妊娠合并子宫肌瘤和卵巢肿瘤的诊断及处理也越来越科学化与合理化。本文针对该类问题展开了综述,以期为相关研究与临床实践提供借鉴。

As more and more related researches are made, the literature and cases in this area increase. The diagnosis and treatment of uterine fibroids and ovarian tumors in pregnancy are also more and more scientific and rational. This article has carried on the summary to this kind of question, hopes to provide the reference for the related research and the clinical practice.
