有人在新闻报道中创一奇迹:不见被访问者而竟写出了“专访”。诀窍是:把别人采写见报的报道照抄一遍,署上自己的名字,就成为“我写的”专访。不花费很多时间,不用跑腿,也勿需动脑子。“妙哉”,“妙哉”! 登载在本年7月7日《河南日报》二版上的《黄河问题大意不得——访地质水文专家王涌泉》,就是这样的“作品”,张文郁就是这样的“作者”。可惜,文中涉及的单位和个人均不买账,严肃地提出了意见。王涌泉同志郑重声明:“我不认识张文郁,张根本没采访过我”。一查资料明白了,原来张的文章是1985年12月30日《世界经济导报》一篇访问记的翻版。那篇题名《明年起黄河的治理大意不得》的文章,是该报记者阮江宁采访后写作的。
