[目的]通过给药组小鼠灌胃绞股蓝提取液,测定其皮肤组织中过氧化氢(H2O2)的含量、以及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC),并观察皮肤超微结构的变化,来检测绞股蓝提取液在减轻小鼠皮肤自然老化方面的作用。[方法]3月龄小鼠10只作为青年对照组(A);12月龄自然衰老小鼠30只,随机分为3组:老年空白组B、老年阳性对照组C、老年绞股蓝组D。灌胃同时配以外用的方式给药。以生化分析方法测定H2O2含量及T-AOC含量。[结果]与青年对照组比较,其它三个老年组小鼠皮肤组织中H202含量显著增加(分别是P<0.01,P(0.05,P(0.05)、T-AOC含量明显减少(分别是P<0.01,P(0.01,P(0.05)。
[Objective] To detect the content of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) in the skin tissue and the total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) of the mice by gavage of Gynostemma pentaphyllum extract in mice of the administration group, and observe the change of ultrastructure of the skin. The effect of Gynostemma pentaphyllum extract on the natural aging of mice skin was examined. [Methods] Ten 3-month-old mice were used as the young control group (A). Thirty naturally-sensed mice aged 12 months were randomly divided into three groups: aged blank group B, elderly positive control group C, and old age group G. Intragastric administration was performed concurrently with external administration. The H2O2 content and T-AOC content were determined by biochemical analysis. [Results] Compared with the young control group, the content of H202 in the skin tissue of the other three old groups was significantly increased (P<0.01, P(0.05), P(0.05), T-AOC content was significantly reduced (P< 0.01, P (0.01, P (0.05).
