思想政治工作是医院全面管理的重要组成部分,也是搞好医院建设的基础,新时期医院的思想政治工作面临各种新情况、新问题、新矛盾。通过对当前医院思想政治工作的现状进行深入调查,对现阶段部分医院存在的各种严重阻滞医院发展的问题进行了剖析,并提出解决这些问题的途径。医院的思想政治工作必须牢固树立以人为本、服务医疗中心工作的思想,必须从培养人性化的医患关系、抓好医德医风建设、调动广大医务人员的积极性、重视医院人才队伍建设、发挥民主管理作用、打造和谐的医院文化等方面着手,创新医院思想政治工作。
