上世纪80年代开始的国有企业改革,是中国经济体制改革过程中最困难和争议最多最大的改革。经过近30年的努力,国有企业改革已取得实质性重大进展,基本形成了以公有制为主体、多种所有制经济共同发展的基本经济制度。今天,中国企业改革浪潮早已淡化出人们的视野,更多的目光聚集在关乎面更广的中国的事业单位改革。本文就电视台事业单位的企业化管理展开分析和探索。
The reform of state-owned enterprises started in the 1980s is the most difficult and controversial reform in the process of China’s economic reform. After nearly 30 years of hard work, substantial progress has been made in the reform of state-owned enterprises, basically forming the basic economic system with public ownership as the mainstay and the common development of various ownership-based industries. Today, the tide of enterprise reform in China has already weakened the vision of people and more attention has been gathered in the reform of institutions in the broader area of China. This article analyzes and explores the enterprise management of television stations and institutions.
