目的 探讨小柴胡汤 (XCT)分解剂在体外抗CoxB3病毒 (CVB3m)及保护细胞的作用。方法 采用微量细胞培养技术和中性红摄入法 ,以细胞病变及细胞活性为判定药物细胞毒性及病毒增殖的指标 ,观察不同浓度的XCT及分解 1、2号抗CVB3m的作用及对细胞活性的影响。结果 低于最大无毒剂量浓度的XCT和分解 1号、2号对细胞活性未见明显影响 ,并在一定浓度范围内有促细胞生长、增强细胞活性的作用。治疗组 ,XCT及其分解 1、2号对CVB3m增殖均有明显抑制作用 ,尤以分解 1号作用最明显 ,抑制率为 10 7 6 % ;同等浓度下 ,预防治疗组药物抑病毒率明显高于治疗组 ,最高可达 12 8 1% ;抑病毒吸附组也有明显抑病毒作用。结论 通过比较XCT及其分解 1、2号作用细胞与病毒的不同环节 ,提示XCT具有保护细胞减轻病毒感染功能及直接杀伤CVB3m的作用。
Objective To investigate the anti-CoxB3 virus (CVB3m) and protective cells in vitro by Xiao Chai Hu Tang (XCT) decomposer. Methods Micro-cell culture techniques and neutral red intake method were used to determine the cytotoxicity and viral proliferation of the cells by using cytopathic effect and cell viability. The effects of different concentrations of XCT and anti-CVB3m and 1, 2 anti-CVB3m on cell viability were observed. Impact. RESULTS: The XCT with a concentration below the maximum non-toxic dose and the decomposing No. 1 and No. 2 had no significant effect on the cell viability, and had a role in promoting cell growth and enhancing cell viability within a certain concentration range. In the treatment group, XCT and its decomposition 1, 2 had significant inhibitory effects on the proliferation of CVB3m, especially the effect of decomposition No. 1 was the most obvious, the inhibition rate was 10 7 6 %; at the same concentration, the anti-virus rate was significantly higher in the preventive treatment group. In the treatment group, up to 12 81%; Inhibitory virus adsorption group also significantly inhibited the role of the virus. Conclusions By comparing XCT and its decomposing roles of cells 1 and 2 in different parts of the virus, it is suggested that XCT can protect cells from virus infection and directly kill CVB3m.
