(一)侧翼战略原则 从市场营销和军事两方面来看,侧翼战是一种大胆的举动,一场下大赌注的赌博,其实施必须以每日每时的周密计划为依据。 侧翼战原则之一:一场漂亮的侧翼战应是如入无人之境。市场营销侧翼战不一定要推出与众全然不同的新产品,但它必须有创新和独到之处。 侧翼战原则之二:战术奇袭应成为计划的重要因素。从实质上讲,侧翼战是一场奇袭战。最成功的侧翼运动是完全不可预测的,突然袭击可以打击竞争对手的士气,使其销售队伍暂时受挫。 侧翼战原则之三:追击与进攻本身同等重要。这是一个广为流传的原则,当你拥有某种侧翼进攻产品开始取胜时,你应再接再厉加油干,你的目标应该是一胜再胜。
