比较开放耻骨后前列腺癌根治术与微创前列腺癌根治术(包括腹腔镜及机器人辅助腹腔镜)的并发症,为手术方式的选择提供参考。查阅有关前列腺癌根治术的文献,比较开放及微创手术所引起的并发症,包括尿失禁、阳萎、术中大出血、阳性手术切缘等,分析这些并发症的可能原因,比较不同手术所致并发症的发生率。多数报道开放与微创手术所引起的尿失禁、阳萎、阳性手术切缘的发生率比较差异无显著性,但开放手术中出血较微创手术多;并发症的发生多与术者经验相关,仅从手术并发症判断开放或微创那一种手术方式更好为时尚早,有待更多观察。
