铝及铝合金在空气中焊接时极易氧化,与氧结合生成致密的Al2O3薄膜,妨碍焊接。本文主要讨论了焊接前的清理方法、预热温度、焊接工艺及焊后清理中需要注意的一些关键步骤,以提高铝及铝合金焊接的质量及效率。
Aluminum and aluminum alloys are easily oxidized when they are soldered in the air and combine with oxygen to form a dense Al2O3 film that hinders welding. This article mainly discusses the cleaning methods before welding, the preheating temperature, the welding process and some key steps that need to pay attention in the post-weld cleaning to improve the welding quality and efficiency of aluminum and aluminum alloy.
