本文以铁通乌鲁木齐分公司为例,论证了在企业转型时期企业文化建设应避免的误区和建设企业文化应坚持的原则,提出企业文化建设的对策:提高管理者素质,加强对企业文化的正确理解和认识;在继承与发扬的基础上,着眼企业文化发展战略,注重培育企业精神;重视培育特色文化,推动企业文化的个性化发展;把企业文化建设与经营活动有机融合,用文化推动生产经营活动的开展;提高员工素质,注重员工对企业文化建设的参与性,培育团队精神,增强企业凝聚力;健全工作机制,积极探索企业文化建设的途径、方法。
