民族学生从本民族文化环境到非本民族文化环境,变化了生活方式与文化氛围,面临着诸多不适应。影响民族学生文化适应的因素主要有两方面:一是学生自身方面的因素,包括文化差异与生活经验、智力与非智力因素;二是学校方面的因素,包括自然生态环境、文化生态环境、制度理念环境等。本文分析了高校民族学生在学校教育中的文化适应现状及影响因素,提出了高校民族学生成长成才环境的养成原则、策略,为我国高校有效开展民族学生的教育管理提供理论借鉴和实践参考。
Ethnic students from the national cultural environment to non-national cultural environment, changing the way of life and culture, facing many not suited. There are mainly two factors that affect the cultural adaptation of ethnic students: one is students’ own factors, including cultural differences and life experiences, intellectual and non-intellectual factors; the other is school factors including natural ecological environment, cultural ecological environment, system Philosophy and environment. This paper analyzes the status quo and influential factors of cultural adaptation of university students in school education and puts forward the principles and tactics of cultivating university students’ growth and talent environment. It provides a theoretical reference and practical reference for colleges and universities to carry out education management of ethnic students effectively.
