随着社会的进步,社会对人们的要求也越来越高,以前那个耕火种的时代已经过去,转而来的是人们对文化科技的要求,因此学习对人们适应这个社会是不可缺少的。学生时代就是长知识的好时期,并是通往成功之路的阶梯。每一位学生都会希望将来长大后做一个事业有成的人。为此,在校时期的学习对进入社会有所作为起到了一个很好的基础作用。而我校学生还处于一个很不成熟的时期,他们的可塑性很强。在这一学习时期,教师就充当了一个引路人,教师对学生的影响是很大的。本文主要从教与学两方面简单讨论学生的学习,其中教师的指导占主要地位,教师在教学过程中合理的结合心理学方面的知识会在教学中起到不可小觑的成效。
With the progress of the society, the society demands people more and more. The time of past cultivation was over and the people came to the requirement of culture and technology. Therefore, learning is indispensable for people to adapt to this society. The student age is a good time for long knowledge and a stepping stone to the road to success. Every student will hope to grow up to be a successful person in the future. For this reason, the study in school period has played a very good foundation role for entering the society. Our students are still in a very immature period, and their plasticity is very strong. During this learning period, teachers act as a guide and teachers have a great influence on the students. This article mainly discusses students’ learning from two aspects of teaching and learning. Among them, teachers’ guidance occupies the main position. Teachers’ reasonable combination of psychology knowledge in teaching can play an important and effective role in teaching.
