关于工业化的道路问题,在我国流行着这样一种理论:从轻工业开始是资本主义工业化的道路,从重工业开始是社会主义工业化的道路。这种理论提出了两个极为重要的问题:一、提出了划分资本主义和社会主义工业化道路的分界线;二、提出了社会主义实现工业化的规律性。实践是检验真理的唯一标准,回顾我国三十年的经济实践,我认为这个理论是很值得重新研究的。
As for the road to industrialization, there is a popular theory in our country that starting from light industry is the road to capitalist industrialization, starting from heavy industry is the road to socialist industrialization. This theory puts forward two issues of great importance: First, it puts forward the dividing line between dividing capitalism and socialist industrialization; second, it puts forward the law of socialism in realizing industrialization. Practice is the sole criterion for testing truth. Looking back on the three decades of economic practice in our country, I think this theory is worth re-studying.
