根据漏磁检测原理,基于虚拟仪器的设计思想,使用虚拟仪器开发工具LabVIEW和数据采集卡设计了一套多通道漏磁检测系统,实现了对铁磁性材料上各种缺陷的数据采集、实时显示、缺陷报警、数据存储及缺陷量化分析。系统界面友好简洁,使用方便。在加工有人工缺陷的壁厚为9mm的工业钢管上开展了多次检测试验,实验证明,系统具有较高的检测灵敏度,可靠性强。
