本文对来自同一地点的山杨(Populusdavidiana DOde)、大叶山杨(暂定为山杨种系的优良类型) 的6组样品进行了超氧歧化酶(SOD) 同工酶酶谱比较分析。结果发现,山杨居群内的不同个体间、大叶山杨居群内的不同个体间均表现了明显的一致性, 且较稳定,而在不同居群间表现了明显的差异,主要例证见于二者的树皮与叶SOD同工酶酶谱上。被测材料的叠加图谱间的稳定差异表明了山杨的优良类型——大叶山杨得到了较充分的遗传基础支持, 其分类地位有待探讨
In this paper, the superoxide dismutase (SOD) isoenzymes were compared among 6 samples from Populus davidiana DOde and Populus davidiana (tentatively classified as Populus davidiana) of the same locus. The results showed that different individuals within Populus euphratica and Populus euphratica showed obvious consistency, stability, and obvious differences among different populations. The main examples were found in the two trees Epidermis and leaves SOD isozyme zymogram. The stable difference between the overlaid spectra of tested materials indicates the good type of Populus euphratica - Populus euphratica received more adequate genetic basis support, its classification status to be explored
