目的调查中国医生对患者参与治疗决策的困难与态度。方法采用自拟调查表对来自中国25省市、5所大学医院、20所医院的1088名医生(70%为内科医生,22%为外科医生, 8%为妇科医生)进行调查。结果共有780名医生返回调查表,仅有488名完成调查表。27%的困难为医生缺乏时间,15%为向患者表达不确定性,13%为患者缺乏医学知识难以交流,12%为捉摸患者的偏好,9%为与患者建立起稳定关系。结论患者增加参与治疗决策力面的知识可促使医生端正对患者参与治疗决策的态度。
Objective To investigate the difficulties and attitudes that Chinese doctors face in patients’ participation in treatment decisions. Methods A total of 1088 medical doctors (70% physicians, 22% surgeons and 8% gynecologists) from 25 provinces and cities, 5 university hospitals and 20 hospitals in China were investigated by self-made questionnaire. Results A total of 780 doctors returned to the questionnaire, only 488 completed the questionnaire. Twenty-seven percent of the problems were lack of time for doctors, 15% for uncertainty, 13% for lack of medical knowledge, 12% for patient preferences, and 9% for stable relationships with patients. Conclusions Patients ’increased knowledge of participation in treatment decision-making can prompt a doctor’s correct attitude toward patients’ participation in treatment decisions.
