随着汽车性能和输出功率的提高,对传递动力的传动装置和差动装置用渗碳齿轮的强度和可靠性提出了更高的要求。另一方面,一般大家都知道,在渗碳齿轮材料的最表层会生成称为异常层的软化层,导致渗碳齿轮的强度下降。作为改善这一异常层的方法,曾进行过各种试验,判明喷丸强化可显著提高强度。近年来,渗碳作为汽车齿轮表面处理工艺而被广泛采用,本文就喷丸强化技术在渗碳齿轮上的应用及其处理效果、处理工艺的要点作一介绍。
As vehicle performance and output power increase, higher demands are placed on the strength and reliability of power-transmitting transmissions and differential gear carburizing gears. On the other hand, it is generally known that the softened layer called the anomalous layer is formed on the outermost surface of the carburized gear material, resulting in a decrease in the strength of the carburized gear. As a method of ameliorating this anomalous layer, various tests have been conducted and it has been found that shot peening can significantly increase the strength. In recent years, carburizing is widely used as the surface treatment technology of automobile gears. This paper introduces the application of shot peening technology on carburized gears, the treatment effect and the main points of the treatment process.
