在后喻文化时代下,小学生凭着特有的敏锐性和对新鲜事物的较高接受能力,更容易适应社会的变迁,导致教师的传统权威、知识权威、感召权威都遭到挑战和弱化,其中知识权威受到的挑战最大。影响后喻文化背景下小学教师权威建构的因素主要有课堂教学的改变、小学生自身的特点、网络信息的冲击。在后喻文化背景下构建权威,小学教师应该面对现实,调整心态,并积极提高自己的素养,努力构建内生型教师权威。
