目的观察微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸治疗中的成功率和效果。方法选取76例需要正畸的患者,分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用微型种植体支抗的正畸方法,而对照组则采用常规的传统正畸方法,观察和对比其成功率和治疗效果。结果试验组种植微型种植体支抗成功36例,成功率为97.4%,种植成功的支抗稳定性比较好,而对照组的成功33例,成功率为84.2%,比试验组低,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组的磨牙移位比对照组少,上中切牙凸差距均比对照组多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微型种植体支抗的使用比传统的常规方法有着更好的疗效,成功率更高,是一种比较理想的正畸治疗方法。
Objective To observe the success rate and effect of micro-implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment. Methods Totally 76 patients who needed orthodontics were divided into test group and control group. Orthodontic method with mini-implant support was used in the test group, and conventional orthodontic method was used in the control group. The success rate and treatment effect. Results 36 cases were successfully implanted with micro-implants in the experimental group, with a success rate of 97.4%. The successful stability of the implants was good in the experimental group. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The use of implanting micro-implants has better curative effect and higher success rate than traditional methods. It is an ideal orthodontic treatment method.
