笔者对 1 981～ 2 0 0 0年医院立项的 660项科研课题进行统计分析 ,找出了我院科研工作的特点是 :科研范围不断扩大 ,科研整体水平不断提高 ,但学科分布不均 ,科研工作的面还有待进一步拓宽 ;突出了军队医院的特色 ,注意军事医学研究 ,但生物高新技术和新药研究有待进一步加强 ;注重临床应用研究 ,但临床救治技术研究有待进一步加强 ;35～ 50岁科技人员和高职人员是我院科技工作的骨干力量 ,但科技队伍中学术接班人的培养任务仍很艰巨。建议 :一是加强临床救治技术研究 ,不断增强医院的竞争实力 ;二是加强临床应用研究成果的转化 ,不断提高临床救治水平 ;三是加强中青年人才的培养 ,造就一批在新世纪能担当重任的科技人才队伍 ;四是加强新药研究 ,不断为科研注入新的活力
The author made a statistical analysis of 660 research projects approved by the hospital from 1 981 to 2000. The characteristics of the research work in our hospital were: the scope of scientific research was continuously expanded, and the overall level of scientific research was continuously improved, but the disciplines were not uniformly distributed. The face of the work remains to be further broadened; highlights the characteristics of military hospitals, pay attention to military medical research, but the research of biological high-tech and new drugs needs to be further strengthened; focus on clinical application research, but clinical rescue technology research needs to be further strengthened; 35-50-year-old technology Personnel and higher vocational personnel are the backbone of the science and technology work in our hospital, but the task of training academic successors in the science and technology team is still very arduous. Suggestions: First, strengthen the study of clinical salvage techniques and continuously enhance the hospital’s competitiveness; Second, strengthen the transformation of clinical application research results to continuously improve the level of clinical treatment; Third, strengthen the training of young and middle-aged talents and create a group of people who can play in the new century.
