房地产统计数据的准确性直接影响着国家经济建设的发展,由于不同的统计部门所发布的统计数据差异性很大,给宏观调控的决策者和消费者带来困惑。本文从房地产统计数据的来源加以分析,并提出针对性的建议。
The accuracy of real estate statistics directly affects the development of the country’s economy. As statistical data released by different statistical departments are quite different, they bring confusion to decision makers and consumers of macroeconomic regulation and control. This article analyzes the sources of real estate statistics and puts forward specific suggestions.
